‘Keep It Movin’.

When I started this company in January 2018 it wasn’t because I wanted to scrub toilets when I grew up. It started when, after two years of being an Airbnb Superhost myself, others in the business asked me to clean and maintain their properties. It made complete sense and I really came to love the home-sharing industry. So 2-3 properties turned into 20 overnight and I staffed up. A great amount of trust goes into the decision of who you allow into your home to clean and maintain it and I was humbled by that trust. 

Our first two years were spent responding to the needs of our clients, letting them (for the most part) steer the ship for us and we learned so much. I quit managing properties almost immediately. My heart was 100% dedicated to growing a company that supported short term rental managers and creating solutions to make their ‘daily work’ well, work. I hired virtual assistants to support our staff and clients. I invested in technology that would make everyone’s lives easier and mitigate risk. And then in 2020 our entire team stood strong in the face of COVID-19 when the world came to a standstill. We pushed through and completed 3,126 cleans from March 2020 to December 2020 with masks on in full CDC Compliance. That’s the pivotal moment I knew we truly had something special in the short term rental world and we’ve continually grown month-over-month since.

With this growth we have expanded our team, training program, compliance standards, technology, product/equipment line and operations tremendously and without haste. I pride our team on making quick, thoughtful decisions with guest experience being the #1 priority. Our vacation home care professionals truly love what they do and, as the owner, I love seeing our team thrive together, even in tight situations.

Armed with a team of leaders and clients with big plans for the future, I have full confidence that the pages of our storybook will fill up fast! What I want people to know about our company is that we’re not just ‘the help’. We are THE solution for ALL things vacation home care. We have handled everything from closing and permitting inspections to home set up, cleaning and maintenance, pre-photography staging/cleaning all the way to making the home ready for an open house when the owner decides to sell. If your real estate investment has or will have ‘short term rental’ in its life cycle, then you need to at least know us. Save my number, we’re not going anywhere.
