We are partnered with Watchdog Inspections and Maintenance to complement our cleaning and care efforts for our clients. Watchdog is owned by a local contractor specializing in short term rentals with over 25 years experience building, remodeling, repairing and maintaining homes here in Tennessee.
Inspections are scheduled monthly for higher volume homes and quarterly for others. Owners receive a full comprehensive report after every inspection with flagged items and work orders. Air filters will be changed each visit and work performed around your bookings.
